Thanks to its location at an altitude of 2,020 m, the ski resort Kühtai with 41 kilometres of ski slopes with many variations is especially snow reliable from December to April. Within close proximity of the Jagdschloss Resort, you will find 11 modern railways and lifts, for example the 8-seater gondola Kaiser Bahn, the 3-Seen lift or the Hohe Muth lift as well as children’s lifts and magic carpets. The 3-Seen lift is right next to the 3-Seenhaus and you can start into your ski adventure right away from there. Many huts offer traditional treats, Tirolean hospitality, sun terraces and a wonderful mountain panorama.
At the start of the season we offer a unique “ski free” opportunity to make our guests happy: from the end of November to the middle of December, winter sports enthusiasts can access the ski lifts with a free day ski pass issued by numerous participating companies in the region.

The connection with the ski resort Hochoetz offers double skiing fun on more than 80 kilometres of ski slopes: discover both ski resorts with only one ski pass! To reach the other ski resort, a free bus is offered.

Freestyle Eldorado Kühtai
Next to perfectly groomed ski slopes, the freestyle Eldorado Kühtai provides designated powder snow slopes where freeride fans can enjoy great powder snow fun above the tree line. Ski and snowboard freaks get special adrenaline kicks in the Kpark, the top freestyle park with a total of four areas, among them Austria’s only superpipe. This freeride paradise sees jumps, drifts, shredding and jibbing of the highest level. Children who are looking for the first adrenalin rush as well as beginners can practise and hone their skills at the KidsPark.

And those who believe that they are the fastest ski racers can prove that during a real Kühtai highlight that provides a lot of action and fun: the Kühtai Ralley! The fastest cow Resi does not want to hand over her title and little detectives are chasing her in the course of an adventurous scavenger hunt. 15 km chase hunt with 12 stations that pose riddles and tasks for the young chasers are a nice pep on a winter day.
