Sauna

Finnish sauna
(in the Jagdschloss Hotel)

Wooden sauna with temperatures that go from 85 to 100°C and low humidity levels ranging from 10 to 30%.
Alternating between hot and cold environments strengthens the immune system, relaxes the muscles and helps to reduce stress.
Herbal infusions further intensify the effect.

Steam bath
(in the Jagdschloss Hotel)

Spending time in an environment saturated with steam strengthens the immune system and gently stimulates the metabolism. Temperatures from 44 to 55°C and high levels of humidity together with different herbal aromas make this experience particularly beneficial for the bronchial system.

Biosauna
(in Jagdschloss Hotel and in 3-Seenhaus)

The Biosauna is a gentle variant and soothing alternative to the Finnish sauna. The Biosauna, often called Sanarium, has a positive effect on the circulation system, due to the temperatures ranging from 50 to 60°C and humidity levels between 40 and 55%.

Infrared Cabin
(in the 3-Seenhaus)

The infrared applications are beneficial for the skin and the respiratory tract. It provides the purest and deepest relaxation while strengthening the immune system.
