Our sauna area is open from 3pm until 9pm and opens early on days when the weather is bad.
Wooden sauna with a temperature from 85 to 100°C and low humidity levels (from 10 to 30%). Alternating between hot and cold environments and resting in between strengthens the immune system, relaxes the muscles and helps reduce stress. Infusions using herbs intensify the effect even further.
Spending time in an environment saturated with steam strengthens the immune system and gently stimulates the metabolism. Temperatures from 44 to 55°C and a high level of humidity with different herbal aromas make this experience particularly beneficial for the bronchial system.
Hay sauna (NEW)
Bio-sauna experience with a temperature from 45° and 55° and steam effects. As our sauna area is designed for rest and recreation, we kindly ask for your understanding that children under the age of 12 are not permitted.
