This season is sure to be good!

Your safety and your very relaxed holiday are close to our hearts

Status January, 7 2022

We are looking forward to your visit. Currently, a relaxed holiday is possible under these conditions:

New quarantine rules as of 08 January:

  • In future, there will no longer be K1 or K2 persons, but only contact persons.
  • In future, you will no longer be a contact person if you have been immunised 3 times or if everyone involved has worn an FFP2 mask. This also applies to children who cannot yet boost themselves.
  • All contact persons can clear themselves with a PCR test on the 5th day.
  • People who have tested positive can clear themselves from day 5 onwards.

The regulations at a glance:

  • Advance the closing time to 10 p.m. in the gastronomy sector. This also applies to New Year’s Eve on 31 December, Silverster celebrations are strongly discouraged.
  • The existing regulations (2G rule, FFP2 mask obligation) remain in force.

Entry rules to Austria from 20 December 2021

In order to curb the spread of the Omikron variant, the entry rules to Austria will be tightened from Monday, 20 December. For entry into Austria, a valid 2G certificate and an additional PCR test will be required. Thus, 2G+ (vaccinated or recovered and PCR-tested) is valid for entry from all countries. A booster vaccination exempts from the PCR test.

Persons without a PCR test or booster vaccination are subject to registration and must maintain a home quarantine until a negative PCR test result is submitted. Free testing is possible on the 5th day with PCR test at the earliest. The day of entry is to be considered as “day zero”.

2-G rule – only fully vaccinated guests with proof or convalescence certificate may be accommodated or fed.

  • This applies to all guests over the age of 16
  • The last vaccination must not be longer than 9 months ago
  • The convalescent proof must not be older than 6 months
  • We scan the proofs at check in.

The following applies to children and young people under the age of 16

  • Children up to the age of 12 do not require proof of vaccination.
  • For children between 12 and 15 years of age, the 2.5 G rule applies: proof (vaccinated, convalescent or PCR test or Ninja passport). We will help – if requested – with the organisation of a PCR test.

Don’t forget your FFP2 mask

You need the mouth/nose protection in all public areas in closed rooms, such as the hotel lobby. In the restaurant only outside your seat, e.g. at the buffet.

More details:

Recovery:

You have official proof that you have Covid 19 infection and that the infection you survived was no longer than 180 days ago.
You have neutralizing antibody evidence and this evidence is not older than 90 days.

Vaccinated:

You have received the second or third vaccination with a centrally licensed vaccine. Proof of this is valid until 360 days after the second or third vaccination. You have received a single vaccination with a centrally approved vaccine for which only one vaccination is scheduled. Proof of this is valid until 270 days after the vaccination. You have received a single vaccination with an approved vaccine and have previously demonstrated Covid-19 infection by a positive PCR test (at least 21 days prior to vaccination) or neutralizing antibody test (no time limits provided). Evidence of this is valid until 270 days after vaccination.

Extended hygiene measures

We have again significantly expanded our already comprehensive cleaning and hygiene concept. In addition, special measures are currently being planned to protect your health and that of our employees. If necessary or in response to official directives, we will adapt the measures and provide up-to-date information here.

  • There are hand disinfection stations at all entrances. Please use them.
  • Our staff wear face masks, depending on legal requirements, clean their hands regularly and also use the disinfectants. All staff have their fever taken daily and respond immediately if necessary.

Measures in the restaurant

Breakfast and dinner in the 3-Seenhaus

In the restaurant, guests are escorted to their table after registering. The distance between tables and seats is in accordance with the required distance rule.  The strict hygiene regulations, such as frequency-dependent cleaning of frequently touched objects and surfaces and regular ventilation of generally accessible areas, are carried out at least once an hour.

In our flats of the 3-Seenhaus there is still the tried and tested bread roll service for breakfast.

Your room is cleaned and disinfected daily.

After each change of guests, the rooms are disinfected. Objects and surfaces that are frequently touched, such as beds, tables or chairs, are thoroughly disinfected daily to prevent possible infections and to kill aeorosols. Door handles, lifts and other regularly used objects are disinfected at least every hour. You will find small disinfection bottles in all rooms and flats.

Wellness cabins and lifts

Wellness cabins and lifts may only be used by persons living in the same household at the same time.

Distance and hygiene throughout the region

We actively support the joint concept of Kühtai Tourism and the mountain railways and are happy to provide you with more information.

Nothing is more important than your and our health and safety. And yet we remain the warm hosts who will give you a really great holiday.

One more request:

It is best to take out travel insurance. Our partner insurance expressly includes Covid 19 Erkrangungen.
