Check out until 11.00 am

We ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 11.00 am. We will gladly deposit your luggage for you at the reception. If you wish to leave after 11.00 am, please contact the reception.

Adapter/Sockets

All sockets are equipped with 230 V/50 Hz. Power and telephone adapters are available at the reception.

Allergy sufferers are welcome

Please inform us in case of allergies or food intolerances. We will be happy to provide bed linen for allergy sufferers as well as appropriately matched meals if you register in good time.

Arrival

Your room or apartment is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm onwards. Early arrival is possible on request.

Recommendations for excursions, tours, and events are available at the reception. Or on this Website.

Bathrobe, slippers & bath towel

for the wellness area are available in your room or apartment.

Payment

Please pay your hotel bill at the reception. In addition to cash, we also accept debit cards, as well as Mastercard and Visa. Advance payment by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card in our online shop is possible.

Flowers

Our reception staff will gladly order flowers for you. Please inform the reception desk of your wishes in good time.

Stamps and postcards

are available at the reception desk.

Ironing board & iron

are available at the reception desk.

Breakfast

Enjoy our breakfast buffet daily from 7.30 am to 10.30 am. If you leave before 07:30 am, you can order a packed lunch the day before at the reception until 6.00 pm at the latest.

Guest card

You will receive your Kühtai guest card at the reception upon arrival.

Guest transfer/shuttle taxi ride

Transfers in the region, to the train station, airport or other destinations can be booked either at the reception or by calling 0043 699 111 22242 – Taxi Dienstler.

Luggage & luggage service

We are very happy to help with luggage transport, please ask at the reception.

Drinks & snack machine

A drinks & snack machine is located in the lounge in the 3-Seenhaus. There you will find a large selection of various drinks and selected snacks and sweets.

Beverage bill

You can pay your beverage bill in the restaurant or at the hotel bar in cash. Alternatively, we will be happy to book your drinks onto your room bill, provided it is signed by you and supplemented with your room number.

Hotel and apartment reservation

Take the opportunity to book your next stay in our hotel directly with us. Please contact our reception team or simply book online.

The apartments in the 3-Seenhaus are also open during the summer months.

Ask at the reception for a voucher (reduction) for your next summer holiday at the Jagdschloss Resort.

Internet connection WLAN

Free WLAN is available throughout the resort. You can get the access data at the reception.

Packed lunch

For a fee, you can receive a packed lunch at the reception desk if you order it by 6.00 pm the day before.

Non-smokers

The entire Jagdschloss resort is a non-smoking hotel. Since November 2019 there is also a smoking ban in Austria. It applies to all areas of catering establishments available to guests, except for open spaces/terraces. The possibility of providing smoking rooms without service and consumption is not permitted in catering establishments.

Safe

There is a safe in your room or apartment. Please deposit your valuables here. In case of problems please contact the reception.

Ski & boot depot

Our heated ski & boot depot is the perfect solution to store your ski equipment safe and dry. No liability is accepted for items stored in the ski & boot depot.

Laundry service

Please hand in the laundry bag provided for this purpose (in your room or apartment) at reception. Please see the price list for the fees.

Wake-up service

We will gladly wake you up by phone. Our staff at the reception desk will take your wake-up request.
